Senior Designer (Freelance) | Sports, Entertainment & Brand Experiences

We're seeking a Senior Designer (Freelance) to join a fast-paced creative team supporting leading sports, entertainment, and cultural brands. This is a hands-on role for a highly conceptual designer who excels at creating compelling brand identities, campaigns, experiential graphics, and customer-facing creative across digital, print, environmental, and live event platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute brand identities, campaigns, and visual design systems
  • Create impactful creative for experiential activations, sponsorships, and live events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional creative, account, and project teams
  • Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative excellence
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring top-tier quality and on-time delivery

What we're looking for:

  • 4-6+ years of graphic, brand, or experiential design experience
  • Portfolio showcasing work across sports, entertainment, media, lifestyle, or cultural brands
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and campaign development
  • Experience with experiential/environmental design a plus
  • Knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, After Effects, or Premiere Pro preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
